The County Clerk’s office is the public record holder for the county. It is one of the oldest known offices in local government – responsible for recording, filing, and preserving legal documents and records pertaining to real property, NYS Supreme Court, and the Onondaga County Criminal Court. Our mission is to provide efficient and respectful service to every resident of Onondaga County who walks through our doors.

Please note that our office is closed on the first Tuesday of every month from 10:30AM until 11:00AM, for a staff meeting.

Presidents’ Day – Monday, February 17th
