The County Clerk’s Office is an authorized NYS Thruway E-ZPass On-the Go retail location.  Drivers can purchase E-ZPass for $25.00 at the County Clerk’s Office, and must register their Tag with E-ZPass, either online or with a toll free customer service telephone number, before using it.
