Capital Improvements
WEP Capital Programming manages a diverse portfolio of Department Projects estimated at a 5-year projection of over $500 million. Utilizing data from our Asset Management group, our Engineering and Construction personnel apply sound real-world engineering judgement to successfully execute critical projects that help WEP sustain long-term infrastructure management goals. Our short-term (5-year) capital program is updated every year and is part of the Onondaga County budget process.
