Legal Division
The Legal Division provides legal support and representation related to social services and related health and mental health programs and services. This division works closely with program areas across the County’s human services departments, staff, clients, community partners, and the court system to help ensure services are provided and benefits are administered fairly, accurately, and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The Legal Division also oversees Fair Hearings and Investigations related to Department programs and services.
