Fair Hearings
The Fair Hearings Unit represents the Department in administrative hearings.
The Fair Hearings Unit’s hours are from 8:00am – 4:00pm. To schedule a hearing or check the status of a decision, you must contact the New York State Office of Administrative Hearings. You may contact them in the following ways:
