The County Clerk’s Office is located on the second floor of the Courthouse, 401 Montgomery St, Syracuse New York

Arriving from the East:
From the NY State Thruway, Exit 34A, take Rte. 481 South to its junction
with Rte 81. Proceed North on Rte 81 to the Adams Street/ Harrison Street Exit. As you exit, go straight for one block and prepare to turn right onto
Harrison Street at the light. Go West on Harrison Street (one way) to State Street. Turn right onto State Street. The Court House is in the second block of State Street, opposite the Justice Center and Public Safety Building.

Arriving from the South:
Proceed North on Rte 81 to the Adams Street/Harrison Street Exit. As you exit go straight for one block and prepare to turn left onto Harrison at the light. Go West on Harrison Street (one way) to State Street. Turn right onto State Street. The Court House in on the second block of State Street, opposite the Justice Center and Public Safety Building.

Arriving from the West:
From the NY Sate Thruway, Exit 36 Take Route 81 South to the Adams Street / Harrison Street Exit. As you exit, keep to the right fork which takes you onto Harrison Street. Go West on Harrison Street (one way) to State Street. Turn right onto State Street. The Court House in on the second block of State Street, opposite the Justice Center and Public Safety Building.

Arriving from the North:
Take Rte 481 South to its junction with Rte. 81. Proceed North on Rte. 81 to the Adams Street / Harrison Street Exit. As you exit, go straight for one block and prepare to turn left onto Harrison Street at the light. Go West on Harrison Street (one way) to State Street. Turn right onto State Street. The Court House in on the second block of State Street, opposite the Justice Center and Public Safety Building.
