Onondaga County

The Bureau of Public Health Engineering provides engineering services in the following areas:

• Plan review and approval – water source, treatment, distribution, and storage; public sewers; individual sewage disposal systems; realty subdivisions; and public swimming pools
• Site investigation and inspections
• Coordinates closely with the Plumbing Control Section of Onondaga County’s
• Department of Water Environment Protection and local code enforcement officials
