HAVA Requirements
Some Reasons Why Your Polling Place Might Have Changed
- Polling Place is not ADA Compliant (See Above HAVA Requirements)
- Polling Place is under construction
- The building that the polling place is in has been sold, and the new owners do not wish to be a polling location
- Building owner chose not to renew their lease with the Board of Elections, thus ending their polling place agreement
- Voter complaints about the polling place
- Lack of parking
