ONLINE Bidding managed by Absolute Auction & Realty
BEGINS – Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 (Start at 10am)
ENDS – Thursday, October 9th, 2025
Bids will be received via online only. At the close of the auction, the highest bid wins the property. Down payment of credit card/certified funds of up to $10,000 or 20% of final bid ( whichever is higher) will be assessed as soon as the bid closes. Any remaining balance will be due in the office by close of business on October 15th, 2025. Failure to pay in entirety by the 15th will forfeit the down payment and will result in loss of property.

Parcels will be auctioned alphabetically by town name then numerically by tax map number.
The minimum bid/opening bid for each parcel will be $100.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Registrants CANNOT have any delinquent taxes on properties owned by the registrant, members of their household, and/or their business.
Valid, Government-Issued Photo ID for each registrant to be named on the deed (e.g. Driver’s License, State ID, Passport).
Social Security Number
Business paperwork and Employer Identification Number (if registering a business)

Bidding Requirements (for each winning property bid)

Completed Online Registration through Absolute Auction & Realty Inc.
A minimum down payment at the time of closing:
$10,000.00 charged to the Bidder’s Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or by wire.

For bids totaling under $10,000.00, payment in full is due at closing of auction bidding.
Balance for bids totaling over $10,000.00 is payable in certified funds or personal/business check
