PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH THE OAK ORCHARD INDUSTRIAL SEWER DISTRICT WITHIN THE ONONDAGA COUNTY CONSOLIDATED SANITARY DISTRICT

FEBRUARY 17, 2026, 12:00 P.M. – MARCH 3, 2026, 11:57 A.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ms. Block, Mr. Brown, Mr. Burtis, Mr. Bush, Ms. Denton, Mr. Eriksen, Mr. Garland, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Knapp, Mr. Meaker, Mr. Ryan, Mr. Thompson, Chairwoman Watts

MEMBERS ABSENT: Ms. Hernandez, Mr. May, Mr. McCarron, Mr. Romeo

Chairwoman Watts called the 12:00 p.m. public hearing to order at 12:15 p.m. and stated that the resolution of the Legislature authorizing the public hearing had been entered into the record.

The Clerk confirmed that the notice had been duly published.

Chairwoman Watts called the following speakers to the podium:

A motion was made by Mr. Meaker, seconded by Mr. Knapp; MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
