Healthy Neighborhoods Program

The New York State Healthy Neighborhoods Program (HNP) seeks to reduce the burden of housing related illness and injury through a holistic, healthy homes approach. Our team provides a FREE home safety check for indoor air quality, lead home referrals, fire hazards, slips/trips/fall prevention, pest control, and asthma education to residents in the City of Syracuse.

Included in the safety check are FREE supplies, which may include cleaning supplies, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and MORE!

To find out more about the Healthy Neighborhoods Program, including how we can collaborate with your organization, please contact us, browse the dropdowns, or submit a request for a visit.
