Are your children up to date with their shots?
Is your child entering kindergarten, 6th, 7th, or 12th grade this fall? Kids need certain vaccines to attend school. Call your doctor to make sure your child is up to date!
No insurance? No doctor? We can help!
The Immunization Clinic provides shots to children two months of age up to their 19th birthday. Parents or legal guardians must come to clinic and stay with their children.
The Clinic can also provide vaccinations to adults without insurance who are at least 18 years old. COVID, RSV & Flu Vaccines are available seasonally. Please call 315.435.2074 to make an appointment.

Tuesdays | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesdays | 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
Thursdays | 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Cost:
$25.00 per person for one vaccine, or $30.00 per person if getting more than one vaccine.
A sliding fee scale is available. Inability to pay is not a barrier to care.
The Immunization Program participates with NYS Fee For Service Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care Programs (Total Care, Fidelis and United Health Care).
