10 Tips for Adults Workshop Series for Seniors: Eating Better on a Budget
First workshop will be on Jan 7: Introduction to MyPlate.
Second workshop is on Jan 14: Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.
Third workshop is on Jan 21, Make half your grain whole grains.
Fourth workshop is on Jan 28, Vary your protein routine.
These no-cost classes will be at Syracuse Community Center at 10:30 am. To sign up for classes, please contact Brenda at 315-671-5846.
