Onondaga County Online Payments
To provide you the option to pay by credit card or debit card, the Onondaga County Finance Department has made arrangements with a online payment service provider, Hamer Enterprises Corporation (“HEC”). HEC charges a convenience fee. HEC Convenience fees are listed below.

Users are advised to read and understand their own payment card agreements’ disclaimers and terms. Convenience fees charged to customers by HEC are as follows:
