PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ONONDAGA COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT – SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, 12:55 P.M.

Mr. Garland, Ms. Hernandez, Chairman Burtis
Chairman Burtis called the 12:55 p.m. public hearing to order at 1:12 p.m. and stated that the resolution of the Legislature authorizing the public hearing had been entered into the record.
The Clerk confirmed that the notice had been duly published.
Chairman Burtis asked for speakers wishing to be heard. Hearing none, the public hearing was adjourned at 1:13 p.m.
