For all New York state funded projects, MWBE combined goal are:

30% (Participation of MBEs and WBEs may be in any percentage combination to meet the goal)

*Federally funded projects should adhere to the goals specified.

For locally funded projects within Onondaga County, MWBE goal requirements are:
