Onondaga County Legislature Housing + Transportation Citizen Advisory Board invites residents to Building for the Future: Housing & Transportation Open House, a community engagement event designed to share the 40‑person advisory board’s proposals to strengthen housing options, improve neighborhood connectivity, and expand access for builders, tenants, and homeowners.

The open house will feature four proposed solution areas developed by the Housing & Transportation task forces: The Builders Fund, A Guide to Complete Streets in Onondaga County, Zoning for Complete Neighborhoods, and the Equity & Access Working Group. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore each initiative at interactive stations, speak directly with taskforce members, and learn how these proposals can support safer streets, stronger neighborhoods, and more equitable housing across Onondaga County.

Residents are encouraged to drop in, ask questions, and provide feedback to help shape the future of housing and transportation planning in their communities.
