The CNYMRC has been invited to assist with Cayuga County’s e-Waste Collection event. As our health departments plan for climate/severe weather, collection events like these help the environment by keeping poisonous chemicals out of soil and water. Collection events can be considered as reverse PODs, where we are collecting rather than distributing. The CNYMRC is providing support to the event—greeting, directing traffic, checking registration lists, and providing educational materials.
