How can I obtain a Certificate without these documents?\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t<div  class=\"c-accordion__content\"\t\t\tid=\"accordion-content-6a038c0e9ecf6\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-header-6a038c0e9ecf7\" hidden=\"true\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t<div  class=\"c-accordion__content-container s-sink\"\t\t\t\tdata-depth=\"0\" data-autop=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>You <u>cannot<\/u> obtain a Certificate of Residence without providing documentation<\/strong> &#8211; There are no exceptions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t<article  class=\"c-accordion__row\">\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t<button  class=\"c-accordion__header h5\"\t\t\taria-controls=\"accordion-content-6a038c0e9ecf8\" id=\"accordion-header-6a038c0e9ecf9\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span  class=\"c-accordion__header-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t* How do I prove residency? &#8211; PO Boxes \/ Onondaga Nation\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t<div  class=\"c-accordion__content\"\t\t\tid=\"accordion-content-6a038c0e9ecf8\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-header-6a038c0e9ecf9\" hidden=\"true\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t<div  class=\"c-accordion__content-container s-sink\"\t\t\t\tdata-depth=\"0\" data-autop=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"style4\" align=\"left\"><strong>PO Boxes are not places of residence<\/strong> &#8211; 1. You cannot physcially live in a\u00a0post office box and 2.
