This division is committed to ensuring that all members of the community, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, citizenship status, socioeconomic status, geography, etc. reach the highest degree of behavioral health to live a meaningful and productive life. We understand that
systemic barriers have led to poorer mental health outcomes for specific populations in this community. We commit to working to remove
those barriers so that all in the community receive what they need in order to reach the optimal level of behavioral health.
