MEMBERS ABSENT: Ms. Abbott
Chairman Rowley called the 12:55 p.m. public hearing to order at 1:22 p.m. and stated that the resolution of the Legislature authorizing the public hearing had been entered into the record.
The Clerk stated that the notice had been duly published.
Chairman Rowley asked for any speakers wishing to be heard. Hearing none, the public hearing was adjourned at 1:23 p.m.
