Need Help?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you know that you can shop around for health insurance?<a href=\"https:\/\/nystateofhealth.ny.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;NY State of Health<\/a>, the Official Health Plan Marketplace, is where New Yorkers can shop for, compare, and enroll in health insurance coverage. You have a choice of health plans, and can get help finding the plan that is right for you. It\u2019s the only place to get financial assistance to reduce the cost of coverage. Call the Onondaga County Office for Aging at 315.435.2362<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancer Screening<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"\/health\/cancer-screening\">Onondaga County Cancer Services Program<\/a>&nbsp;offers free breast, colorectal, and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to uninsured residents of Onondaga County. The Cancer Services Program can provide breast cancer screenings for women over the age of 40, colorectal cancer screenings for men and women over the age of 45, and cervical cancer screenings for women over the age of 40. Screening services are provided at local doctors offices. Call 315.435.3653 today to see if you are eligible for a free breast, colorectal or cervical cancer screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vaccines and Immunizations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Are your children up to date with their shots? The&nbsp;<a href=\"\/health\/immunization-clinic\">Onondaga County Health Department Immunization Clinic<\/a>&nbsp;provides shots to children two months of age up to their 19th birthday. Parents or legal guardians must come to clinic and stay with their children. The Clinic can also provide the MMR vaccination to adults at least 18 years old when it is required by their school or college.&nbsp;<a href=\"\/health\/flu-pneumonia\">Flu vaccination<\/a>&nbsp;is available seasonally.
