You\u2019ll receive a notification by phone, text, and email using the contact methods we have on file. When you get the message, simply confirm receipt using any of those methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New this time:<\/strong> We\u2019re adding a fun twist! The notification email will include a link to a quick, interactive question.
