2026 MS4 Annual Report
As a permitted MS4 Operator, Onondaga County must submit an annual report each year to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) on the County’s progress and activities outlined in General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s), Permit No. GP-0-24-001.
