Jeremiah was an 11-year-old at Gillette Road Middle School and students there will also be wearing green on Monday to honor the memory of Jeremiah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon said, \u201cOnondaga County is proud to honor Jeremiah with this small gesture to commemorate the beautiful life he lived.
