Annual Onondaga County Veterans Day Ceremony Set for Tuesday, November 11th

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – County Executive McMahon today announced the Onondaga County Veterans Council will present the Annual Onondaga County Veterans Day Ceremony Tuesday, November 11th at 10:00AM in Memorial Hall at the Onondaga County War Memorial.

Veterans and their families, as well as members of the public at large, are invited to attend the ceremony. This year’s observance is “The Dedication to Service and Beyond.” The event includes tributes, music and distinguished awards including Veteran of the Year, Veteran Business of the Year, highlighting the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, as well as the 2025 Friend of Veterans.

Following the event, all attendees are invited to the Onondaga County Korea/Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the corner of East Onondaga and South Warren Street for a brief remembrance.
