To that end, an obligation exists to our employees, the public safety agencies that we support, and the citizens of Onondaga County to investigate allegations of misconduct or substandard performance.<\/h4>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be mark.kt-highlight, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be\"] mark.kt-highlight{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;-webkit-box-decoration-break:clone;box-decoration-break:clone;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<p class=\"kt-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading20_26c3a2-be\">The Onondaga County Department of Emergency Communications accepts complaints against itself (e.g., 911 Center policies and procedures) and any of its employees, and will investigate all complaints to the appropriate disposition. A complaint may be given to the department by any means to include in person, by telephone, or by letter. Complaints should concisely and specifically describe the conduct that was found to be improper and should include the date, time, and circumstances of the contact.
